David M. Deutsch, Master of Photography has been serving discerning clients in the Metro Detroit area for fifty years. The studio, formerly known as Leo Knight Photography was located in Southfield, Michigan until March of 2005. Our primary focus is to create artistic images that capture the relationships of the subjects that we photograph. The studio is well known for it's sensative children's portraits, it's energetic high school senior sessions, it's artistic family portraiture and elegant wedding and event photography. David M Deutsch Photography is the only photographer I'd put my trust in for quality portraits. For the last 15 years David has taken numerous pictures of my daughter Erin that adorn our staircase. I consider them one of the most important pieces of our home.

This past September Erin had her senior pictures taken. It was quite challenging (to say the least) in trying to choose images with a teenage girl and myself! That's where Tammi came to our rescue. Tammi was very patient, kindly gave her opinion and made the whole process much easier.

It was our pleasure working with David and Tammi. They are both extremely talented and provided us with more than a perfect wedding album when all was said and done.

They were truly a joy to work with and accommodating to our needs. For example, the day of our wedding David and Tammi were making people laugh and kept me calm throughout the whole photography session :-)

We had many requests and they made sure everything was done and done professionally. For example, we wanted certain customization done to our pictures in our album.....like removing cars in front of the church, removing exit signs behind people, lightening or brightening photos, enhancing the color of the flowers, etc.

I want to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with you this Sunday at Alissa and Joel's wedding. You were so cool, even though we were 20 minutes late in arriving downstairs. (The bride wanted a makeup touch up!) You diligently went through my list of photo requests and even found a ring for the bride (two fingers through it) when I had forgotten mine in the room.

David photographed our wedding in 2000 and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. His mix of candid and portraits captured our day to a tee, and looking through our album makes us feel like we are reliving the day all over again.
